Years ago a friend of mine bought a new ‘99 GMC Sierra pickup. He didn’t like sound of the cheap horn that it came with from the factory, so he bought a Cadillac horn and it was a plug and play. He was very happy with it.

 

FYI - If you want an OEM horn upgrade, buy GM #42390992. Worked for me in my Envista.
